The Portsmouth Peace Treaty Forum celebrates the 115th Anniversary of the Portsmouth Peace Treaty by welcoming Joseph S. Nye, Harvard University Distinguished Service Professor Emeritus, Asia expert, and author most recently of Do Morals Matter? Presidents and Foreign Policy from FDR to Trump. The program will take place via Zoom on Sunday, September 13 at 4 pm. The program is free and open to the public. Once registered guests will receive the Zoom login link by separate email.
